Peter Walker founded Attalus Communications in September of 2001 on the premise that there is a better way to enable multi-media communications for companies.
The convergence of telephony, data environments and cloud computing into an integrated infrastructure has been an exciting trend throughout the past decade. This trend has left many companies on both sides of the industry in the challenging position of having to integrate their solutions with technologies in multiple platforms or geographic locations. Herein lies the strength of Attalus Communications. We have the experience to make them work together for you in order to better communicate with your customers.
Our company strategy is personified by who we are named after. Attalus was a field general under Alexander the Great. He was an integral part in the development and implementation of the combined arms tactics that allowed Alexander to conquer most of the known world. Without generals like Attalus, Alexander the Great would have been a shadow in the corner of history. Like our namesake, we at Attalus Communications strive to help companies be successful through the proper development and implementation of communications technologies.
Our consultants are experienced in multiple business structures and sizes, from the two person office to the 2500 agent call center. We will work with you to provide the technology and processes to let you achieve your business goals.
The dedicated staff of Attalus Communications are certified and have years of experience engineering, installing, and supporting Interactive Intelligence and ESI solutions.
Peter T. Walker brings almost 30 years of telephony and Call Center experience working for such companies as Lanier Worldwide, Norstan Communications and Stevens Communications. Over the years, Mr. Walker has helped design, sell and support complex communications systems for customers such as Steinhafels Furniture, Marcus Theaters, API Healthcare (G.E. Medical Systems), Ellsworth Adhesives, Server Products, Marquette University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and MGIC Corporation.
